Prepare the Fish
Serves 6 as a main
1. Place fish in greased pan, tucking under thin edges. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees Fahrenheit until fish flakes easily.
2. Cook vegetables, covered, in 1/4 cup water for five minutes. Drain.
3. Add pizza sauce and heat. Spoon vegetable mixture over fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake one minute or until cheese melts.
