Enjoy this very tasty twist on traditional pizza…and traditional salmon for that matter! A convenient prebaked crust makes this unique taco pizza as easy as can be.
1 purchased baked pizza crust (about 12 inches in diameter)
1/2 cup bottled salsa sauce
1/2 cup coarsely crushed enchilada tortilla chips (such as Golden Fluff)
1/2 cup cooked, flaked salmon
1/4 cup chopped red onion (optional)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
Spray top surface of each pizza crust with nonstick spray and place on a baking sheet.
Spread half of salsa on each crust. Top each crust with crushed chips, salmon, onions and cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
