Poached Pears

Mango Peach Purée

  • 2 mango

  • 8 peaches

  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions

Prepare the Poached Pears

1.

Place all ingredients in a pot and cook for one and a half to two hours.

Prepare the Mango Peach Purée

1.

Dice the fruit, add all the ingredients to a pot, and cook for half an hour. Cool and blend.

2.

Serve the pears over the purée.
