1 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar + extra as needed
2 tablespoons Gefen Soy Milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon pomegranate syrup (see tip)
fresh figs, for garnish
fresh blueberries, for garnish
edible flower, for garnish
Mix all glaze ingredients together in a small bowl. Drizzle over cake. (We used Estee Kafra’s Honey Bundt Cake.) Add extra confectioners’ sugar as needed one tablespoon at a time to thicken if desired.
Garnish with fresh fruit and flowers.
