Prepare the Glaze

  1. Bring pomegranate juice and honey to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Lower to a simmer and stir every now and then until thickened, about 25 minutes.

  3. Cool completely and enjoy drizzled over mains, sides, desserts or even stirred into your tea!
