Start Cooking

Prepare the Salad

  1. Sauté mushrooms in oil until limp.

  2. Combine with lettuce and tomatoes. Add croutons and almonds prior to serving.

  3. Combine all ingredients for dressing. Pour dressing over salad and toss to mix.
