Portobello Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 6 portobello mushrooms (or 10 ounces other mushrooms)

  • 1 package Romaine lettuce, sliced

  • 20 grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup onion/garlic croutons

  • 6 ounces honey-glazed almonds

Dressing

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Sauté mushrooms in oil until limp.

2.

Combine with lettuce and tomatoes. Add croutons and almonds prior to serving.

3.

Combine all ingredients for dressing. Pour dressing over salad and toss to mix.

How long can I keep it for? How long will this dressing stay fresh?

Dressings stay fresh for a while in the fridge. At least a month.
