Allergens
Diets 6 portobello mushrooms (or 10 ounces other mushrooms)
1 package Romaine lettuce, sliced
20 grape tomatoes, halved
6 ounces honey-glazed almonds
1/2 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Gefen Vinegar
1/4 cup Glicks Ketchup
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon mustard
Sauté mushrooms in oil until limp.
Combine with lettuce and tomatoes. Add croutons and almonds prior to serving.
Combine all ingredients for dressing. Pour dressing over salad and toss to mix.

Dressings stay fresh for a while in the fridge. At least a month.
Delicious! This salad is absolutely yum. A winner for the entire family!
