Diets The most popular pareve blintz filling, this potato filling is the perfect consistency, complete with great flavor and fried onions. If you’re looking for gluten free, simply make this recipe and serve as mashed potatoes instead.
This filling can be used on Passover if using a kosher for Passover blintzes recipe.
4 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, sautéed or 1 cup Haddar Sauteed Onions
3 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper, optional
blintz leaves, homemade or store-bought
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Place filling onto each blintz. Roll up.
