Start Cooking
Prepare the Power Bowl Loaded Salad

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place all quinoa ingredients in a 9x13 pan and bake covered 30 minutes or until all water is absorbed.

Place all sweet potato ingredients in 9x13 pan and bake uncovered 45 minutes or until crispy.

Mix dressing ingredients. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing.
