Delicious foods and flavors come together in this loaded power bowl. This salad is sure to be a favorite!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place all quinoa ingredients in a 9×13 pan and bake covered 30 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
Place all sweet potato ingredients in 9×13 pan and bake uncovered 45 minutes or until crispy.
Mix dressing ingredients. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing.
