Directions

Prepare the Power Bowl Loaded Salad

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Place all quinoa ingredients in a 9×13 pan and bake covered 30 minutes or until all water is absorbed.

3.

Place all sweet potato ingredients in 9×13 pan and bake uncovered 45 minutes or until crispy.

4.

Mix dressing ingredients. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing.
