This is an easy fish breaded in pretzels for a fun and delicious twist on a fish dinner.
1 and 1/2 pounds white fish of your choice, cut in quarters
2 cups Haddar Pretzels
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
1 egg
4 teaspoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil.
In a food processor fitted with the S-blade, crush pretzels, pulsing until they’re the texture of bread crumbs.
Pour crumbs onto a large, flat plate and add black pepper and paprika.
In a bowl, beat egg; add Dijon mustard and mix until combined.
Dip fish in egg mixture and then into pretzel crumbs on both sides. Push down to help crumbs stick if necessary.
Place fish on baking sheet and repeat with remaining pieces.
Spray top of the fish with cooking oil.
Bake for 12–18 minutes or until fish is cooked through (depending on thickness of the white fish you choose).
