Pulled beef served with a scoop Guacamole topped with Pica de Gallo and with nachos for dipping

Ingredients

  • Pulled Beef

  • Classic pulled beef recipe I followed the recipe from the balabusta choice 3 cookbook page #40

  • Guacamole

  • 2 riped avocados, mashed

  • 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons raw, diced onions (white works best

  • 1-2 splashes Gefen Soy Sauce

  • 1-2 splashes Lemon juice

  • 3-4 tsp Salad Mate Lemon Garlic Dressing (if more necessary i added mayonnaise)

  • sprinkle Garlic Powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Pica de Gallo

  • 2-3 tomatoes, diced into small pieces

  • Red onion, finely diced

  • sprinkle cilantro

  • 1 splash lemon juice

  • salt, to taste

  • Kravy Authentic Wonton Chips

Directions

1.

Prepare the pulled and place in center of the plate.

Mash the avocado,add spices add place it on top

3.

Dice the tomatoes into very small pieces mix with the remaining spice and placeb the tomato salad around the guacamole on top of the pulled beef.

Serve with Wonton Chips or tortillas
