1 small head cabbage, or 1–2 bags bug-free cabbage
1 head purple cauliflower, raw
2 dates, slivered
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
1/4 cup miso
3–4 tablespoons hot tap water
salt, to taste
Prepare your salad ingredients.
Combine your dressing ingredients. Shake, pour, and serve.

Raw cauliflower. How did you check the cauliflower for bugs? Is it available somewhere already checked?

Some supermarkets sell pre-checked cauliflower. However, I would recommend using frozen cauliflower.
