1. Mix all the marinade ingredients.
2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Drain the other cans.
3. Put all the ingredients into a large container. Add the marinade and mix well.
4. Feel free to add a fresh ingredient if you have one on hand; cherry tomatoes or red onions work well in this salad.
5. Refrigerate the salad to allow all the flavors to meld together.
