Ingredients

Cabbage Salad

  • 1/2 white cabbage

  • 2 carrots, peeled

  • 1/4 cup Tuscanini White Wine Vinegar

  • 1/4 cup light olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

1.

Chop cabbage thinly.

2.

Shred the carrots.

3.

Place in a bowl and add seasonings.

4.

Toss and enjoy.
