1 bag green cabbage, shredded
1 mango, diced
1 bunch scallions, chopped
2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
1/4 cup vinegar (gluten-free if needed)
1/4 cup Bartenura Olive Oil
2 tablespoons xylitol
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix dressing together and pour over the salad.
