Prepare the Quick Dough

1. Option 1: Mix this right into the pan! Pour warm water into a 9×13 pan. On top, shake the yeast and mix to dissolve. Next, mix in the egg and oil. Add in the flour and salt and mix till combined. Add a bit more flour if necessary. It should still be a sticky dough.
2. Option 2: Mix in a bowl. Triple this recipe to make it all! Mix dough in a large bowl then divide dough into three. Follow preparation directions below.

Notes: The batch of dough fits a 9×13 pan perfectly. To make it thinner, divide between two pans or a larger pan instead.

3. Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of the pan. Add in the dough and drizzle with a bit more oil. Spread out the dough. Allow dough to sit five to 10 minutes then shape again and top with sauce and cheese.
4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

3. Allow to sit five to 10 minutes.
4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
5. Once baked, cut into 20 to 25 thin slices. Top with shredded cheese. Cover tightly and allow cheese to melt or return to oven for another two minutes.
6. Once cheese is melted, brush on the remaining garlic herb oil.
