It doesn’t get any easier than these salmon fillets!
6 salmon ﬁllets, skin removed
7 and 1/2 cups orange juice
fresh or dried dill, to taste
Place ﬁllets in large skillet over medium heat. Pour orange juice over salmon. Arrange dill around salmon.
Cook 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until ﬁsh ﬂakes easily with fork.
Remove salmon from skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking the orange juice 10 minutes or until thickened. Pour over salmon to serve.
