Quick ‘n Easy Orange Salmon

It doesn’t get any easier than these salmon fillets!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 6 salmon fillets, skin removed

  • 7 and 1/2 cups orange juice

  • fresh or dried dill, to taste

Directions

Make the Fish

1.

Place fillets in large skillet over medium heat. Pour orange juice over salmon. Arrange dill around salmon.

Cook 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily with fork.

3.

Remove salmon from skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking the orange juice 10 minutes or until thickened. Pour over salmon to serve.
