Make the Quinoa

  1. Finely dice all vegetables.
  2. Combine all ingredients... I place them under my Shabbos chicken and let them cook together to allow the juices from the chicken to enhance the medley.
  3. Cover tightly to ensure moisture is locked in.
  4. When complete, mix and serve.
