Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence/sugar

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 cup of orange juice

Decorations

  • 1 large Rich’s Whip

  • vanilla pudding

  • add any colour you like

  • fondant (for candles)

Directions

Prepare the Cupcakes

1.

Mix all ingredients together, then place in cupcake holders.

2.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

3.

Candles are made from fondant that I coloured and twisted together.
