This supper is quick to make but still encompasses everything you need in a meal. Personalize it with your family’s favorite veggies.


Prepare the Ramen-Chicken Lo Mein

1. Cube the chicken cutlets.
2. In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and warm water. Add brown sugar, garlic, and soy sauce.
3. Drain vegetables well. Place chicken and vegetables in a pan, pour sauce over them, and mix.
4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, mixing once halfway through.
5. Place ramen noodles in a container with hot water. Allow to sit for about three minutes, until soft. Mix with the chicken and vegetables.
