Mediterranean classic with eggs cookee in tomatoes, a simple yet amazing dish!
Sauté the onions and peppers. Then add the tomatoes.
Add the spices and stir.
Once the mixture is soft and sautéed (about 15 min) make a hole and add the 1 egg. Do so for every egg.
Cover and let it on low flame till the egg white is cooked, about 5 minutes.
Let cool.
