Diets This moist and soft salmon, with its terrific flavor, pairs amazingly with a vegetable-quinoa salad for a one-bowl dinner.
6–8 slices salmon
salt,to taste
pepper, to taste
1/3 cup Glicks Ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Gefen Duck Sauce
1 tablespoon Gefen Vinegar
1 teaspoon Gefen Lemon Juice
Rinse salmon and pat dry. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
Place salmon in baking pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small mixing bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
Pour over salmon and bake for 22 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
