Roast the Potatoes
1. Wash potatoes well. Cut into medium-sized cubes. Repeat with sweet potato.
2. Place all potatoes in a 9- x 13-inch pan. Add oil, garlic and soup mix. Mix well.
3. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour and then uncovered for one hour.
