Diets Delicious and eye-catching, these donuts are a perfect choice for your Chanukah get-together.
1 and 1/4 cups Glicks Flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup coffee whitener
1 tablespoon red food coloring
2 tablespoons milk
1 and 1/2 tablespoons cream cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease two doughnut pans.
Stir flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add vanilla, egg, oil, coffee whitener, and food coloring and whisk until smooth. Transfer the batter to a piping bag or ziplock bag. Snip the corner to form a small hole and pipe the batter into the pans, until just about filled. Bake for 12-15 minutes (or three minutes in a preheated doughnut machine). Transfer to a cooling rack.
Mix frosting ingredients until smooth and drizzle over cooled doughnuts.
