2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup water
3/4 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 pound Manischewitz Honey
1 cup ground walnuts
Knead all ingredients until smooth.
Roll out to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut to two and a half inch circles. Cut center of each cookie.
Fry in hot oil for one minute on each side.
In separate pot, bring honey to a boil.
Drop rendlech into honey to coat.
Cover and cook for two to three minutes. Remove with slotted spoon.
Sprinkle with ground walnuts while still hot. Cook and refrigerate.
