Prepare Cheesecake Toppings
Freeze cheesecake till firm.
Remove cheesecake from the freezer and cut into 12 slices, using a sharp knife.
Place a piece of Gefen Parchment Paper in between each slice, if desired.
Decide how many different toppings you would like to use. Alternating the flavors, decorate the slices.
For the melted sugar discs, melt 1/4 cup sugar in a small pot over medium heat until it is a caramel color. Use a spoon to form desired shapes on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Allow to harden.
