This is sure to please all the “meat and potatoes” people in your life.
1/4 cup Bartenura Olive Oil
6 cloves garlic, minced, or 6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons water
1 heaping tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
4 chicken bottoms
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced into quarters
Place marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Blend with stick blender until you have a smooth sauce.
Place the potatoes in a greased baking pan. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes, and pour the marinade over everything. Ensure that the chicken and potatoes are all coated with the marinade. Refrigerate for one hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Put the pan in the oven and bake covered for one hour.
Uncover, and bake an additional fifteen minutes, until the chicken is brown and the potatoes are soft.

Can it be used for chicken breast? If yes, what would the adjusted cook time be?
Easiest, tastiest chicken ever! This supper took literally 5 minutes to put together (plus peeling potatoes time…) and it came out delicious! Thank you!
