Roasted Garlic Aioli


This tasty and healthy garlic dip is easy to make and will be appreciated by one and all. This recipe doubles or triples nicely for bulk.


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut the tops of the garlic and place in a baking dish. Pour olive oil over. Let roast open in oven for about 45 minutes until soft. Remove from oven and cool.
3. Use gloves and squeeze flesh out of the papery skins into a bowl.
4. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar and mix well (you can use an immersion blender to create a smooth consistency).
