Roasted Jalapeño Dip

  • 8 jalapeño

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • salt, to taste

Directions

Cut the jalapeños in half. Remove the seeds according to how hot you like it.

Place the jalapeños and garlic into a cookie sheet, then toss with oil. Bake for 25 minutes on 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then blend all together. When done, add mayonnaise and salt.
