Think “out of the bowl” and create this neat, practical (and healthy!) mishloach manos.
2 6- and- 3/4-inch (17-centimeter) square trays
2 4-section trays
ribbon
tags (craft store)
salad base (I used broccoli, but you can also use string beans, lettuce, cabbage, etc.)
vegetable toppings
dressing in small container
Fill the large square tray with your salad base. Place dressing container in the center. Place a second tray upside down on top of the filled one and tape the two trays together.
Fill one four-section tray with toppings. Turn the second sectioned tray over, place it on top, and tape together.
Place the four-section tray over the base and tie together with ribbon and tag.
