1 cup sliced or diced cured salmon (see Gravlax)
1 yellow onion, diced
1 red onion, diced
1/2 cup washed and chopped scallions
1/4 cup dill, washed and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeƱo pepper
2 cups Gefen Canola Oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons Gefen Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
In a bowl, mix together the cured salmon, yellow and red onions, scallions, dill, jalapeƱos, canola oil, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
