Ingredients

Salmon Ceviche

  • 1 cup sliced or diced cured salmon (see Gravlax)

  • 1 yellow onion, diced

  • 1 red onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup washed and chopped scallions

  • 1/4 cup dill, washed and roughly chopped

  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeƱo pepper

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the cured salmon, yellow and red onions, scallions, dill, jalapeƱos, canola oil, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
