Submitted by Yael Dolinger I usually like to serve salmon when we have guests on Shabbos. This recipe is so full of flavor and a perfect appetizer for a Shabbos day Seuda.
8 pieces salmon
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Parsley flakes
About 1/2 cup of honey
About 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Box of cherry tomatoes
Cut salmon into small cubes. Place one piece of salmon, then a cherry tomato, then salmon again on each skewer until you have 3 pieces of salmon and tomato on each skewer.
Spread skewers across a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with salt, garlic powder, and parsley flakes on both sides. Sprinkle gently with pepper on both sides.
Pour honey and olive oil over salmon and tomatoes making sure each piece gets a generous coating. Bake on 400F for 10 minutes covered then uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
