Diets The simple, fresh taste of this sugar-free salmon makes it a winner in our eyes. We love the unique presentation. Be sure to use fresh dill; in this recipe it makes a huge difference.
4 fillets salmon (about 2 pounds)
3 tablespoons (approximately) finely chopped dill
2 cloves garlic, finely minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2–3 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the dill, garlic and olive oil to create a paste. Spread evenly over the fish fillets and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes when a fork is inserted.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
