Prepare the Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Mix the dill, garlic and olive oil to create a paste. Spread evenly over the fish fillets and sprinkle with salt.

  3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes when a fork is inserted.

  4. Serve hot or at room temperature.
