Diets 1/4 cup Bartenura Olive Oil
1/4 cup Haddar Dijon Mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 salmon fillets (about 1 pound)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. The mixture will have a creamy consistency.
Place salmon fillets in a baking pan. Spoon marinade on top of each fillet.
Let marinate at least 15 minutes or up to overnight.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

Covered or Uncovered Does this recipe call for the salmon to be baked covered or uncovered?
It seems to me that since it doesn’t instruct one to cover it, it’s uncovered. Which makes sense as far as the short cook time. Covering it might steam it too much.
Minutes to prepare and great in taste loved this salmon recipe!
