Diets 1 pound salmon, cubed
1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 tablespoons Gefen Hot Honey
juice and zest of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Pereg Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Pereg Sweet Paprika
dash of salt
2 mangos, cubed
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 avocado, diced
1/3 cup red onion, diced
handful of fresh cilantro, washed and chopped
juice of 1 lime
dash of salt
avocado
spices of choice!
cauliflower rice, such as Beleaves, warmed
Cube your salmon into bite-sized chunks and massage with avocado oil, spices, and hot honey until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and/or foil. Spread the salmon cubes evenly across the pan and Broil on high for eight minutes, until caramelized and just cooked through.
While the salmon cooks, combine your chopped mango, red onion, bell pepper, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Fold gently and let sit to let the flavors come together.
Start with a warm bed of cauliflower rice. Spoon the fresh mango salsa over the top, layer on the hot honey salmon bites, and drizzle with spicy mayo if desired.
