Directions

Prepare the Salmon

1.

Cube your salmon into bite-sized chunks and massage with avocado oil, spices, and hot honey until evenly coated.

2.

Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and/or foil. Spread the salmon cubes evenly across the pan and Broil on high for eight minutes, until caramelized and just cooked through.

Make the Mango Salsa

1.

While the salmon cooks, combine your chopped mango, red onion, bell pepper, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Fold gently and let sit to let the flavors come together.

Assemble the Dish

1.

Start with a warm bed of cauliflower rice. Spoon the fresh mango salsa over the top, layer on the hot honey salmon bites, and drizzle with spicy mayo if desired.
