Prepare your salad greens and veggies and assemble.
Sauté albacore tuna, butter, kosher salt, and black pepper on medium until the tuna is flaky and the edges crisp.
Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper and honey.
Serve the salad topped with the sautéed tuna and drizzled with desired amount of lemon dressing.
