This recipe is friendly for gluten-free, paleo and all-natural diets. It uses whole food, natural ingredients, that you can be proud of! It is also a delicious and healthy lunch that can be made up in advance or day by day!
14 ounces Gefen Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
Prepare your salad greens and veggies and assemble.
Sauté albacore tuna, butter, kosher salt, and black pepper on medium until the tuna is flaky and the edges crisp.
Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper and honey.
Serve the salad topped with the sautéed tuna and drizzled with desired amount of lemon dressing.
