A nice change from the usual. It complements meat and chicken very well.

Start Cooking

Kugelettes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Combine all the ingredients and place in greased muffin tins or silicone molds.

  3. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  4. Pour over carrot bites in pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan.

Note:

These carrot bites freeze well and can be frozen with the sauce.
