I’m truly sad to give this 2 of 5 stars, but after using this recipe a handful of times, it just doesn’t come out in a way that is pleasant to eat. The egg settles to the bottom and cooks up like non-scrambled scrambled-eggs. The top gets far too dried out and crispy. Is the dish meant to be covered while baking? I’m still on the search for a savory noodle kugel that delivers…
Add a packet of lipton onion soup mix. It’s delicious.
