Savory Pretzel Snacks

Ingredients

Hot Sauce-Garlic Pretzels

  • 1 tablespoon oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil

  • 2 cups coarsely chopped pretzels

  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt (depending on how saltyyour pretzels are)

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

  • cracked Gefen Black Pepper (I did about10 twists on a pepper mill)

Directions

1.

In a large frying pan, heat oil. Add pretzels, and stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients, and toss to coat.

2.

Turn off heat, and immediately transfer the pretzels to a sheet of Gefen Parchment Paper. 

3.

When cool, store in an air-tight container.

Variation:


Garlic-Parmesan Pretzels

1 tablespoon butter
2 cups chopped pretzels
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
cracked black pepper

Directions:
1. In a large frying pan, heat butter. Add pretzels and stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
2. Turn off heat, and immediately transfer the pretzels to a sheet of parchment paper.
When cool, store in an air-tight container.
