Fresh citrusy flavored hummus with a little bit of sweetness.
Cut off the tips of scallions and chop scallions. Peel and mince garlic cloves.
Put scallions, minced garlic and the rest of ingredients into a bowl of food processor. Pulse until combined.
Add olive oil to the bowl and keep pulsing until all ingredients are blended well and smooth or until your desired texture.
