Seasoned Marinated Fish

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 6 slices salmon

Marinade

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup vinegar (use gluten-free if needed)

  • 2 onions, sliced

  • pinch of salt

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 15 cloves

  • 1 and 1/2 ounces raisins

  • 10 bay leaves

Directions

Seasoned Marinated Fish

1.

Bring all ingredients for marinade to a boil.

Add fish slices, cook for 20 minutes.

3.

Refrigerate for 24 hours prior to use.

Notes:

Will keep up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
