Diets Creamy sesame noodles with a hint of spice are tossed with perfectly roasted broccoli florets for the perfect side dish to complement any meal.
12 ounces Beleaves Frozen Broccoli Florets
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
3 cloves crushed garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Manischewitz Vegetable Broth
1 and 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons Haddar Barake Tahini
1 teaspoon sriracha
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
10 ounces noodles of your choice, cooked according to package directions (I used Udon)
sesame seeds
sliced scallions
crushed peanuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with Gefen Parchment Paper and toss the broccoli with oils and seasoning. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until the broccoli is crispy. Set aside.
Sauté crushed garlic in oil until edges are golden. Whisk together remaining sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce in a pan and mix well. Simmer for two to three minutes. Combine with noodles and roasted broccoli.
Garnish with sesame, scallions, and crushed peanuts, if using.
