Creamy sesame noodles with a hint of spice are tossed with perfectly roasted broccoli florets for the perfect side dish to complement any meal.

Ingredients

Broccoli

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons Haddar Barake Tahini

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

For Serving

  • 10 ounces noodles of your choice, cooked according to package directions (I used Udon)

  • sesame seeds

  • sliced scallions

  • crushed peanuts (optional)

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with Gefen Parchment Paper and toss the broccoli with oils and seasoning. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until the broccoli is crispy. Set aside.

2.

Sauté crushed garlic in oil until edges are golden. Whisk together remaining sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce in a pan and mix well. Simmer for two to three minutes. Combine with noodles and roasted broccoli.

3.

Garnish with sesame, scallions, and crushed peanuts, if using.
