1. Spray the bottom of a pan with oil.
2. Place the vegetables down on the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
4. Pour the sauce over everything.
5. Cover and bake for one hour 30 minutes.
6. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
