Sheet Pan Roasted Garlic Tomato Gnocchi

This dish can be eaten as is, or you can smear the garlic on some bread. It’s yummy either way!

Directions

Prepare the Roasted Garlic Tomato Gnocchi

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
2. On a metal baking sheet, place all ingredients except basil. Mix well and bake uncovered for one hour.
3. Top with fresh basil and serve hot.
