This dish can be eaten as is, or you can smear the garlic on some bread. It’s yummy either way!
2 pints grape tomatoes
1/2 cup whole fresh garlic cloves
2 (16-oz./450-g.) packages Bartenura Gnocchi, cooked according to package instructions
1/2 cup Tuscanini Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Manischewitz Kosher Salt
chopped fresh basil, for topping
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
On a metal baking sheet, place all ingredients except basil. Mix well and bake uncovered for one hour.
Top with fresh basil and serve hot.
