Prepare the Roasted Carrots

1.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

Mix together mustard, silan, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Coat carrots with mustard mixture.

3.

Lay flat on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes.
