Try something new this Chanukah! Different than donuts, but amazing on flavor! This restaurant quality dessert takes just a few minutes to make.

Prepare the Silan Funnel Cakes

  1. Whisk together the batter ingredients. Transfer to a plastic cup.

  2. In a large pan, heat oil to a good frying temperature. Drizzle the batter in swirling, round motions from the cup into the pan. Fry for about a minute on both sides. Drain on a paper towel.

  3. Top with date syrup, tahini, shredded halva and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
