Directions

1. Sauté onions till brown.
2. Add almonds and sauté 2 more minutes.
3. Arrange potatoes in pan or roaster.
4. Rub duck sauce on chicken and potatoes.
5. Arrange onions and almonds on chicken and potatoes.
6. Sprinkle spices evenly.
7. Drizzle silan evenly.
8. Cover and bake at 350F for 2 hours.
9. Optional: to caramelize potatoes further, remove chicken and cook potatoes for additional 30 minutes.
