I’ve tried countless recipes for salmon, and this one wins. It’s not Shabbos without salmon, and our family favorite is the most basic and foolproof recipe.

Montreal steak seasoning
Cut salmon into two-inch strips. Drizzle generously with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle Montreal steak seasoning over the salmon.
Marinate in the fridge overnight.
Bake uncovered at 420 degrees Fahrenheit (215 degrees Celsius) for 22 minutes. Cover immediately after removing from oven so the salmon stays moist.
